Booking Fee

You may be asked to pay a booking fee to secure your appointment - this can be done in salon, by phone or online.

Cancellations/no shows

Here at Claire Frances we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations, however we do require at least 48 hours notice to make these changes.Failure to provide 48 hours notice may result in you losing your booking fee/incurring a charge.

If you cancel on the day, or do not attend, you may be charged up to the full cost of the missed service.

It is extremely difficult to fill the empty slots created by last minute cancellations and no shows and this can have huge financial implications for a small business like us, so we hope you will understand the need for these policies.
